Some strategic projects, whether successful or unsuccessful, the valuable experience and lessons has not been summarized in time.

 

 

Through several round knowledge extraction workshop, training of knowledge management and knowledge extraction methods,  are carried out within financial, R&D, quality and other departments, guide to write extraction cases and design follow-up action plans
